Some cities have vibrant streets, such as this one. Having a walk this morning in Polanco I stumbled upon a boxing class... just there, in the middle of the street of a bus neighborhood. Perhaps the most vibrant city I know is Havana, and as a country I would say it’s Italy. Whatever it may be, when you live in Northern Europe, you feel the lack of such an atmosphere.
