I do not like opera. I get bored and fall asleep. There has been a single exception: Henry Purcell's Dido and Aeneas. When I attended, Sasha Waltz was responsible for the choreography. She is a real genius.
It is terrible news that she is leaving Berlin and locating her company somewhere else. It has been a cultural luxury to have her in Berlin. Where is she going? London?
