After visiting his summer house back in autumn and watching the NatGeo series, I started devouring the books I have recently acquired: his most comprehensive bio, something about his relationship to Berlin, where he lived 20 years (I just learned that he lived in the neighborhood!) and a book on his summer house, which impressed me deeply. This year I’m focusing on Einstein and Alexander von Humboldt.
