This guy came up with a simple but revolutionary idea when he noticed that patients in hospitals were infecting each other: instead of organizing them by light sick, medium sick and very sick, he sorted them out according to the kind of illnesses. A simple reorganization, which is obvious for us today, started saving many lives. The first successful tests took place in Berlin for the first time, in a Catholic hospital in Mitte. This was the origin of pathology.
